- You support our sales team throughout the entire pre-sales process, providing expert technical advice to prospective and existing customers.
- Working alongside the sales team, you conduct customer-specific demos, workshops, and presentations, addressing individual requirements.
- You analyze customer processes, translate requirements into practical solution concepts, and demonstrate how these can be implemented using our domeba software.
- You independently perform initial software configurations and customizations, thereby preparing the ground for implementation by our consulting team.
- You collaborate closely with Sales, Consulting, and the Product Owner, acting as the interface between customer needs and technical implementation.
- You actively support the tender process by leveraging your technical and domain expertise.

- You have at least 3 years of professional experience in a relevant field—such as consulting, project management, or customer support.
- Initial experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or software solutions is a plus but not a requirement.
- You possess strong communication skills; you know how to listen, understand requirements, and convey information clearly.
- You enjoy interacting with customers: you present yourself confidently and win them over through expert advice rather than cold calling.
- You quickly grasp technical concepts—software is not a mystery to you.
- You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and maintain a clear overview, even with complex projects.
- You are fluent in German (negotiation level); English skills are a plus.
- Prior knowledge of compliance, occupational safety, or ESG is welcome but not required. What matters most is your willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics.
