- You will take on technical responsibility for UI and UX across our core product areas and drive their strategic development.
- You will develop user flows, wireframes and interaction concepts with confidence and intuitively, with the user in mind.
- You will plan, conduct and analyse usability tests and user analyses in a structured manner to gain valuable insights into user needs and problems.
- You will use your findings to identify specific optimisation measures that measurably improve the user experience.
- You will actively drive the continuous improvement of our software’s usability and efficiency.
- Working closely with product management, development and other stakeholders, you will design holistic and practical solutions.

Your profile
- You have several years’ experience in the UI/UX field – including in the design of digital products, user-centred development and usability testing – and ideally you can provide a portfolio or examples of successful projects.
- You are confident in using the UX tool Figma.
- You critically evaluate requirements and use them to develop creative, effective solutions.
- A structured, analytical and independent approach to work, along with a strong sense of responsibility for the user experience, are among your strengths.
- Clear, open communication, particularly when working with interdisciplinary teams, comes naturally to you.
- Problem-solving skills, organisational ability and a genuine team-oriented approach are what set you apart.
- You are, of course, fluent in German; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
