Inside Sales / Lead Qualification Employee (all genders)

Your mission

  • You conduct qualifying initial conversations with potential new customers (inbound and outbound) and assess their suitability for our domeba software solution – laying the foundation for our sales success.
  • You actively research relevant portals for suitable tenders and prepare for participation together with the team.
  • You provide interested parties with expert information about our domeba products and generate interest in further demos and discussions with our sales managers.
  • You develop new qualification standards – nationally and internationally – together with the team and contribute your own ideas for optimization.
  • You reactivate contacts from previous sales processes and bring them back into the pipeline.
  • You schedule appointments and conduct qualified initial and existing customer meetings for our sales managers.
  • You meticulously document activities in the CRM (HubSpot), maintain the pipeline, and ensure structured follow-ups.
  • You'll work closely with the Sales Managers and Internal Sales, providing valuable market feedback to the team and gradually gaining comprehensive knowledge of the entire B2B sales environment.
  • Depending on your interests, you can develop your skills in areas such as (Key) Account Management, New Business Sales, or Sales Operations.

Your profile

  • You have completed vocational training in a commercial field, hold a degree in business administration, or possess a comparable qualification – we also welcome career changers with initial sales experience.
  • Previous experience in telephone customer contact, inside sales, customer service, call centers, or as an SDR/BDR is a plus – but not a requirement. Your enthusiasm for B2B sales is more important.
  • Ideally, you have already worked with a CRM system; if not, we will teach you how to use HubSpot.
  • You enjoy talking to customers, asking questions, listening, and identifying needs – you understand selling as advising, not cold calling.
  • You work in a structured and conscientious manner and maintain an overview even with numerous leads.
  • You communicate confidently in German, both verbally and in writing; additional languages are a plus, but not required.
  • You're a team player, eager to learn, and keen to develop your skills in the B2B SaaS environment – this role could be your entry point into a long-term sales career at domeba.
  • Even if you already have experience in inside sales or SDR, you'll find plenty of scope here to further develop our training processes.
