Deine Aufgaben

Du steuerst den kompletten Recruiting-Prozess – von der Anforderungsaufnahme bis zur Vertragsunterschrift.
Du organisierst und führst Bewerbungsgespräche durch und berätst unsere Führungskräfte aktiv und auf Augenhöhe bei der Bewerberauswahl.
Du formulierst zielgruppengerechte Stellenanzeigen, optimierst sie im Hinblick auf Reichweite und Qualität der Bewerbungen und veröffentlichst sie auf den passenden Kanälen.
Du identifizierst und gewinnst passende Kandidat:innen durch Active Sourcing auf Plattformen wie LinkedIn & Co. und baust Talentpools auf.
Du planst und begleitest Recruitingveranstaltungen, Messen und Events und repräsentierst domeba als attraktiven Arbeitgeber.
Du arbeitest kontinuierlich an der Professionalisierung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Recruiting-Prozesse – von KPIs über Tools bis hin zu Candidate Experience.
Du unterstützt unsere internationalen Tochtergesellschaften beim Recruiting und sorgst für einen professionellen und einheitlichen Prozess über Ländergrenzen hinweg.

Dein Profil

Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im kaufmännischen/HR-Bereich.
Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Textsicherheit – sowohl in Stellenanzeigen als auch im persönlichen Gespräch.
Du bringst ein gutes Gespür für Marketing- und Vertriebsansätze im Recruiting mit und verstehst es, Kandidat:innen von domeba zu begeistern.
Erfahrungen im Active Sourcing, z. B. über LinkedIn oder andere Netzwerke, sind von Vorteil und helfen dir, passende Talente gezielt anzusprechen.
Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und serviceorientiert und hast Spaß daran, Recruitingprozesse mitzugestalten und weiterzuentwickeln.
Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und Englischkenntnisse, sodass du auch im internationalen Umfeld sicher agierst.

Your mission

You manage the entire recruiting process – from gathering requirements to signing the contract.
You organize and conduct interviews and actively advise our managers on candidate selection, providing them with expert guidance.
You create targeted job postings, optimize them for reach and application quality, and publish them on the appropriate channels.
You identify and attract suitable candidates through active sourcing on platforms like LinkedIn and build talent pools.
You plan and support recruiting events, trade fairs, and other events, representing domeba as an attractive employer.
You continuously work on professionalizing and improving our recruiting processes – from KPIs and tools to candidate experience.
You support our international subsidiaries in their recruiting efforts and ensure a professional and consistent process across national borders.

Your profile

You have a successfully completed degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources or comparable training in the commercial/HR field.
You possess excellent communication skills and a confident writing style – both in job postings and in personal interviews.
You have a good understanding of marketing and sales approaches in recruiting and know how to inspire candidates to join domeba.
Experience in active sourcing, e.g., via LinkedIn or other networks, is advantageous and will help you to effectively approach suitable talent.
You work in a structured, independent, and service-oriented manner and enjoy contributing to and further developing recruiting processes.
You have excellent German and English skills, enabling you to operate confidently in an international environment.
