Deine Aufgaben

Du berätst unsere Interessenten und Kunden fachlich zu Compliance-, EHS- und ESG-Themen – und zeigst, wie diese in unserer Software iManSys praxisnah umgesetzt werden können.
Als fachliche Unterstützung für den Vertrieb begleitest du den gesamten PreSales-Prozess – von der ersten Anforderung bis zum individuellen Lösungskonzept.
In Präsentationen, Workshops und Live-Demos überzeugst du mit deinem Fachwissen und machst komplexe Inhalte für Kunden verständlich.
Du entwickelst Umsetzungskonzepte, die auf die spezifischen Anforderungen unserer Kunden zugeschnitten sind, und arbeitest eng mit Vertrieb und Product Owner zusammen.
Ausschreibungen gestaltest du aktiv mit und bringst dabei sowohl dein Fachwissen als auch dein Verständnis für Softwarelösungen ein.
Erste Konfigurationen in der Software führst du selbst durch – und bereitest so die erfolgreiche Einführung durch unser Consulting-Team vor.
Als Brücke zwischen Kunde, Vertrieb und Entwicklung sorgst du für eine klare Kommunikation und eine reibungslose Übergabe.

Dein Profil

Du bringst fundiertes Wissen in Compliance, Arbeitssicherheit, Umwelt- oder Gesundheitsschutz mit – idealerweise aus Beratung, Projektmanagement oder einer Fachfunktion.
Du hast Freude daran, dein Fachwissen mit Softwarelösungen zu verbinden und Kunden dabei zu unterstützen, ihre Prozesse digital und compliant zu gestalten.
Kundenkontakt liegt dir: Du kannst zuhören, Anforderungen aufnehmen und verständlich sowie überzeugend vermitteln.
Du arbeitest strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und servicebewusst – auch bei komplexeren Projekten behältst du den Überblick.
Erste Erfahrung mit Softwareeinführung, SaaS oder Projektmanagement ist ein Plus – wichtiger ist deine Bereitschaft, Neues zu lernen.
Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch bringst du mit, Englisch oder eine weitere Sprache ist ein Plus.

Your mission

You will provide our prospects and customers with technical advice on compliance, EHS, and ESG topics – and demonstrate how these can be implemented in our iManSys software in a practical way.
As technical support for sales, you will accompany the entire pre-sales process – from the initial requirement to the customized solution concept.
In presentations, workshops, and live demos, you will impress them with your expertise and make complex content understandable for customers.
You will develop implementation concepts tailored to the specific requirements of our customers and work closely with sales and the product owner.
You will actively participate in tenders, contributing both your specialist knowledge and your understanding of software solutions.
You will perform initial software configurations yourself – thus preparing the groundwork for a successful implementation by our consulting team.
As a bridge between customers, sales, and development, you will ensure clear communication and a smooth handover.

Your profile

You bring in-depth knowledge of compliance, occupational safety, environmental protection, or health protection – ideally from consulting, project management, or a specialist role.
You enjoy combining your expertise with software solutions and supporting customers in making their processes digital and compliant.
You thrive in customer contact: You can listen, understand requirements, and communicate them clearly and convincingly.
You work in a structured, solution-oriented, and service-conscious manner – you maintain an overview even in more complex projects.
Initial experience with software implementation, SaaS, or project management is a plus – more importantly, your willingness to learn new things.
You are fluent in German; English or another language is a plus.
