Deine Aufgaben

Du begleitest unsere Kunden bei der Einführung und Nutzung unserer Softwarelösungen – von der Anforderungsanalyse bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung im Unternehmen.
Mit deiner Struktur und Organisation hältst du auch bei mehrmonatigen Projekten den Überblick und sorgst dafür, dass nächste Schritte klar und transparent bleiben.
Du übersetzt fachliche Anforderungen in praxisnahe Konzepte und motivierst Kunden, diese konsequent umzusetzen.
Durch Workshops, Schulungen und Webinare machst du unsere Kunden fit in der Anwendung von iManSys und vermittelst Sicherheit und Begeisterung für die Nutzung.
Als zentrale Ansprechperson für Projektleiter und Key User schaffst du Vertrauen, hörst genau zu und bringst die Themen zielgerichtet voran.
Du dokumentierst deine Arbeit zuverlässig, damit Projekte sauber abgerechnet und nachhaltig ausgewertet werden können.
Dein Feedback aus Kundenprojekten fließt direkt in unsere Produktentwicklung und trägt so zur Verbesserung unserer Software bei.

Dein Profil

Du hast erste bis mehrjährige Erfahrung (3–5 Jahre) in Beratung, Projektmanagement oder Softwareeinführung gesammelt – gern im Umfeld von Digitalisierung oder prozessnahen Themen.
Du bringst ausgezeichnete Organisationsfähigkeiten mit und behältst auch bei komplexen Projekten das große Ganze im Blick.
Du bist ein guter Zuhörer, kannst Anforderungen aufnehmen und so formulieren, dass Kunden und Kollegen sie gleichermaßen verstehen.
Deine positive Ausstrahlung und Teamfähigkeit helfen dir, Kunden für die nächsten Schritte zu motivieren und gemeinsam Lösungen zu entwickeln.
Du bist neugierig, lernbereit und hast Freude daran, dich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten.
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse bringst du mit – weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus.
Du suchst eine langfristige Perspektive und möchtest Projekte nachhaltig mitgestalten.
Kenntnisse in Projekt- oder Prozessmanagement sind von Vorteil, ebenso ein Grundverständnis für Digitalisierung und Compliance-Themen.

Your mission

You will support our customers in the introduction and use of our software solutions – from requirements analysis to successful implementation within the company.
With your structure and organization, you maintain an overview even in projects lasting several months and ensure that next steps remain clear and transparent.
You will translate technical requirements into practical concepts and motivate customers to implement them consistently.
Through workshops, training courses, and webinars, you will equip our customers with the skills to use iManSys and convey confidence and enthusiasm for its use.
As the central contact for project managers and key users, you will build trust, listen carefully, and drive targeted progress.
You will reliably document your work so that projects can be accurately invoiced and sustainably evaluated.
Your feedback from customer projects flows directly into our product development, thus contributing to the improvement of our software.

Your profile

You have initial or several years of experience (3-5 years) in consulting, project management, or software implementation – preferably in the field of digitalization or process-related topics.
You have excellent organizational skills and keep the big picture in mind, even in complex projects.
You are a good listener, able to understand requirements and formulate them in a way that both customers and colleagues understand.
Your positive attitude and teamwork skills help you motivate customers to take the next steps and develop solutions together.
You are curious, willing to learn, and enjoy familiarizing yourself with new topics.
You have very good German and English skills – additional languages are a plus.
You are looking for a long-term perspective and want to help shape projects sustainably.
Knowledge of project or process management is an advantage, as is a basic understanding of digitalization and compliance issues.
